It's important to point out that you can't use magic to change who a person is, because these are cosmic qualities, on a higher and more powerful level (×20) than the galactic (magical) level: you can only use magic to be helpful. This cosmic domination of interacting souls can, then, make magic appear to be weaker, because it is. But don't hesitate to use it nonetheless, because it's 20× more powerful than the political (planetary) level, which is how pretty much everybody tries to get what they want.
